WW2 - DUNKIRK FLIGHT

Located along the border with belgium

Dunkirk and the French Flanders. The airfield is located along the border with Belgium, between the villages of Ghyvelde and Les Moëres, approximately 5 kms (3 miles) south of Bray-Dunes, the nearest resort on North Sea French coast. Bray-Dunes is definitely the shortest ride from LFAK for a lunch along the beach. A bit farther, Dunkirk and more specifically the district of Malo-les-Bains, feature a casino and a lineup of bar and restaurants along the beach, called “la Digue de Mer”.
