Prices are per tour, not per person
A private tour is charged for the day and the vehicle rather than per head, so the cost per person falls as the group grows. The vehicles are described under small group battlefield tours.
Every booking is quoted exactly in writing before it is confirmed.

What is not included
Museum entry. Cemeteries, memorials and the ground itself are free to visit; museums are not. The Bastogne War Museum and the In Flanders Fields Museum in Ypres publish their own admission prices. Food and drink, and accommodation. Front flights. The aeroplane and helicopter tours are quoted separately.

Some services may be exempt from VAT depending on the circumstances — ask before booking and it can be confirmed.

A tip of around 15 to 20 per cent is appreciated but never expected.
